Adrian Lim is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Asia Investments based in the firm’s Hong Kong office.

Born in Singapore, Adrian has spent much of his career across Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States, building deep expertise in regional market strategy, cross-border investments, and Asia-focused business expansion. He is widely recognized for his strong understanding of the financial and regulatory environments across the region, as well as his ability to bridge global investment perspectives with local market execution.

Prior to assuming his current role, Adrian held a number of senior leadership positions within the firm across Asia-Pacific, where he played a key role in developing regional investment initiatives and strengthening the firm’s presence among institutional and private market participants. Earlier in his career, he pursued advanced studies in Financial Management at a leading university in the United States before joining the financial services industry.

With longstanding professional experience in Hong Kong and a deep personal connection to Singapore, Adrian has been instrumental in helping lead the firm’s strategic expansion into the Singapore market. His cross-market perspective and leadership continue to support the firm’s investment platform and long-term growth across Asia.

Adrian completed his pre-university education in Singapore and later pursued advanced studies in Financial Management in the United States.
